How did you get into derby? Why The Outfit? I have always had a passion for skating and I wanted to challenge myself. I loved the idea of skating with like-minded people. The Outfit is a community of strong, hard core women that felt I could learn new skills and kick ass with. I love the dedication they all have to their Outfit Family and I am proud to be a part of the crew.

Tell us about your derby alter-ego: Skating in and out of traffic, dodging fat cats and rats, the city streets of the South Side were my playground. When the rats tried to steal the laces from my skates, my transformation began, and I met every challenge Little Village could throw at me head on. I was lead by intuition. As my eyes focused and my skin thickened, I transformed into the skater I am today. Like the Chicago weather, you never know what I’m gonna do.

How did you get your alter personality? It took a (Little) Village to raise this Bea Itch.

Who’s your favorite band/musician? Peaches, “F*** the Pain Away”

Random fact about you? Puts ketchup on a Chicago style dog cuz thats how I roll.
